Something that’s often over looked is testing the battery load - it’s often a more reliable test of a battery - mine cost £16 from amazon. It’s been a long hard winter so multiple short journeys will have damaged many batteries. Now your car is over 3 years old, brakes etc are pretty good prices from Citroen.

I too have a Type 2 fuse box and appear to have blown the fuse for the rear 12v outlet (it's a 2015 Australian spec. 1.6 turbo petrol 6-speed auto. 'non-grand' Picasso) - and I can't find the relevant fuse.

*Battery Protection Management Unit I have a battery drainage problem with a Grand C4 Picasso 15 reg. A local "Citroen specialist" replaced the former (VRU) which didn't solve the problem so I've now had it at a "main dealer" who claim it needs the latter (BPMU) replaced. Neither can/will provide part numbers. The restart on these cars is achieved using the combined alternator/starter which starts using the alternator belt. An issue with this belt or the alternator/starter may result in symptoms as described. There was a recall for the belt tensioner on the 2.0HDi, and the failure of the tensioner may result in the failure of the belt.

With All lights and heater blower on you should have 13.5 at 2000rpm. The half volt drop is known as 'surface voltage' and should occur over about 30 to 40 minutes after switch off. Quicker in hot weather than cold. It does not sound as if there is much wrong with your battery but what is your driving pattern like.
