If you push on the door enough to see between the handle and circular plastic trim piece you will see it. It is made of metal so I doubt you will break it. Neat little trick, get a shop rag, put it between the handle and the trim ring (make sure the handle is turned so the rag is on

Ah right, that is even easier to do, on the drivers one, just grab hold of each end of the plastic cover and pull up, then the whole thing comes off and you can get to the clips to the switches, if you want to take off passenger ones then pull them towards you and then the handle part comes off to get to the switch. Logged.
